Cichorium intybus 'Italiko Rosso', Green Chicory

Herbaceous perennial, Ht. up to 1m, spread 30cm. Eye-catching dark green leaves with deep red stems. Bitter, spicy flavour which makes a great addition to salads. Can also be cooked as a vegetable.
